Keeping Fit
Keeping Fit is a serious thing to do, Excersizing can be extremely good for you and it helps your mustles grow and a chance to be outstandingly healthy. Fitness contains long runs, sit ups, push ups, burpees, and more fascinating products. Everyone should do excersizing, but some people hide their skills and forget the good stuff. Keeping Healthy does include your 5 'A' Day. Nothing is better than a good long run like let's just say a few miles or like five long and alone runs. But some strange reason, when people like run a kilometre and get a stitch. A stitch is a pain caused either by blood being diverted away from your diaphram to your legs. Or it is caused by the pulling of your internal organs which surround the diaphram as you run. Which gets you like a verucca in your chest. Because you need more blood in your legs, it creates a stitch. Anyway, I do excersizing almost everyday. I'm almost a champion for Excersizing. Clifford May, in Colchester/Essex, if you were to try and squeeze his mustles, think again!

Tips to be stronger than a troll
First, wake up in the morning at about 8am and try and run around your garden ten times. Obviously I'm meaning a child, grown ups, now, this is the 5/5 hardest level. You start with sit ups, I know it maybe a bit tricky, but I know it'll work. Right here, Right...Now. Clifford May says: It makes you happier, It makes you healthier, and It makes you live longer. That was Clifford's quote, what's yours? I know it might be a challenge, excersizer, but start with Sit Ups, Try doing as many as you can. And you might, and this is my quote: If you do excersizing, you might be interviewed. Maybe when you're doing your runs, maybe you listen to POPMUSIC. Like, Old McDonald had a farm, by, eer I don't know, Harvis Marvin I don't know. Also if you would like to join in excersizing, just keep on practise excersizing and you'll definitily be Interviewed! Just before you do that, I hope you read all this, if not. You're Dead.
