Excersizing for health

Almost everybody now knows what E-X-C-E-R-S-I-Z-I-N-G is. Readers. Specially you teenagers. I still remember and I'm watching...Y-O-U! This is the only thing I care about. Exept when I'm going to Thailand. In July 22nd 2011. It'll be a great time. I'll have 'me own swimming pool and we'll be very near to James Bond Island. More percific, Asia. Anyway. Tips to be stronger than a troll

First, wake up in the morning at about 8am and try and run around your garden ten times. Obviously I'm meaning a child, grown ups, now, this is the 5/5 hardest level. You start with sit ups, I know it maybe a bit tricky, but I know it'll work. Right here, Right...Now. Clifford May says: It makes you happier, It makes you healthier, and It makes you live longer. That was Clifford's quote, what's yours? I know it might be a challenge, excersizer, but start with Sit Ups, Try doing as many as you can. And you might, and this is my quote: If you do excersizing, you might be interviewed. Maybe when you're doing your runs, maybe you listen to POPMUSIC. Like, Old McDonald had a farm, by, eer I don't know, Harvis Marvin I don't know. Also if you would like to join in excersizing, just keep on practise excersizing and you'll definitily be Interviewed! Just before you do that, I hope you read all this, if not. You're Dead.
