Eating Chocolate!!! Time you got some excercise! I know it's raining. But that can't stop you from living happier. Go on!&amp;nbsp;You're the star of this show.&amp;nbsp;Tone up and get moving. Remember! You can do anything you like if you're fit. However!&amp;nbsp;This does&amp;nbsp;not mean jumping off the Eiffel Tower! Yes you here me Teenagers! By the way, remember!&amp;nbsp;Apple pie might sound like&amp;nbsp;apples in a pie. But it's full of sugar. Clifford takes 20 minutes on the rowing machine.&amp;nbsp;Resistance Level 8. I go on the rowing machine a lot. But I need to go to school at 8:25am. Yes, you heard me right, I'm still in school. I'm only a year 4!!! But I'm a champion of excersizing as well. And this is a challenge. I once had a autograph from Imogen Maris at my school in year 3. But that's not excersizing is it? Obviously I'm meaning a child, grown ups, now, this is the 5/5 hardest level.&amp;nbsp;You start&amp;nbsp;with sit ups, I know it maybe a bit tricky, but I know it'll work. Right here, Right...Now.&amp;nbsp;Clifford May says:&amp;nbsp;It makes you happier, It makes you&amp;nbsp;healthier, and It makes you live longer.&amp;nbsp;That was&amp;nbsp;Clifford's quote, what's yours? I know it might be a challenge, excersizer, but&amp;nbsp;start with Sit Ups,&amp;nbsp;Try doing as many as you can. And you might, and this is my quote: If you do excersizing, you &lt;/em&gt;&lt;u&gt;might&lt;/u&gt;&lt;em&gt; be interviewed.&amp;nbsp;Maybe when you're doing your runs, maybe you listen to POPMUSIC. Like, Old McDonald had a farm, by, eer I don't know, Harvis Marvin I don't&amp;nbsp;know. Also if you would like to join in excersizing, just keep on practise excersizing and you'll &lt;/em&gt;&lt;u&gt;definitily &lt;/u&gt;&lt;em&gt;be Interviewed! Fitness contains&amp;nbsp;long runs, sit ups, push ups,&amp;nbsp;burpees, and more&amp;nbsp;fascinating products. Everyone should do excersizing, but some&amp;nbsp;people&amp;nbsp;hide their skills and forget the good stuff.&amp;nbsp;Keeping Healthy does include your&amp;nbsp;5 'A' Day. Nothing is better than a good long run like&amp;nbsp;let's just say a few miles or like five long and alone runs. But&amp;nbsp;some strange reason, when people like run a kilometre and get a stitch.&amp;nbsp;A stitch is a pain&amp;nbsp;caused either by blood being diverted away from your diaphram to your legs.&amp;nbsp;Or it is caused by the pulling of your internal organs which surround the diaphram as you run. Which gets you&amp;nbsp;like a&amp;nbsp;verucca in your chest. Because you need more blood in your legs, it creates a stitch. Anyway, I do excersizing almost everyday. I'm almost a champion for Excersizing.
